A General Review On The Incidents Experienced Around The World 

  Today, it is evident that people around the world do not live and benefit from the laws and equality, equally. All the ingenuous communities, in particular,  are facing and experiencing the cruel and two-faced phase of the modern age. Actually, that case was a reality and an action during the periods of old ages, too but today this situation has gotten out of hand and become an action which is carried out by the hand of global powerful states as everybody seeking the truth can guess. The prominents of this situation sermonise on defending  human rights, equality, honesty,  democracy, liberty but on the other hand they are torn both ways by  doing the opposite of what they say and believe in. Actually, this is a matter of humanity in terms of the future of law and equality. Next generations, as in the past, will be in search of mutual values, princibals of humanity but at the and of the day they will have nothing in their hands on behalf of civilization and humanity. Because these values are wiped out by today’s sovereign powers to make their purposes easy and achievable. Such powers think that everything usually becomes permissible on the way of receiving their purposes therefore there is no need to know how this is achieved. Instead whether exactly this has been achieved or not is the main case. From the perspectives of moral it can not be acceptable that people should obey whatever is said, unquestioningly. The humanity has an intense emotional depression came out from revolutions and transformations based on 17th century. Correspondingly, modern sociology and psychology focus on the relations not only between people but also ages. 

  As for the communal points mentioned before, the ideologies and thoughts asserted by these communities, like West or Far East, have more issued aspects rather than accepted aspects. Within this context, political doctrines like Liberalism, Communism, or Socialism had served “a lighter future” to humanity. Instead, it was a fact that all the ideologies and political doctrines pass on but the moral, values especially justice remain. In fact, this is the main point all the artifical thoughts were late and failed to comprehend. Hereby, the humanity has faced with the cruelty of politicians in 19th and 20th centuries and unfortunately the conception of equality and law has no more comprehensible and believable meaning instead it has lost its dignity in terms of citizens. This is the main cause of the disorders which is especially widespread among the Middle East and African communities.  Within this context, there exist a lot of examples to show the explicitness of event and the reality that consists of moral and cultural truths. The way to democracy in South Africa in 1990s and the description of human rights, equalty, democracy in Eastern communities are affected by the actions, sayings, promises of sovereign communities. Actually, that is a contradiction as stated before and to understand our own times it is a necessary that people should realise these ideas and facts. Because it is believed that the common and widespread movements are brought forward by global communities so, they are actually responsible for the catastrophes experienced in human life today. This is actually waht Fascism, Communism, or National Socialism has caused during the past 150 years. The main principles man-made ideas, movements focused on are their purposes, values, doctrines but instead there exists only one matter of fact: individuals. From the perspectives of virtue, a prevailing and mutual future seems to be a little impossible because today’s communities does not have their own conscious conviction and for this reason they remain incapable to establish their “ethical state”. 

The Justice In The International Arena

     The complexes and holocausts that are seen and experienced in the societal arena are arised from the disposal of toleration and virtue from the communities. The capital point of the values (like toleration, virtue, law, equality) are building tight cooperations and relations among people against interior and exterior affects. Correspondingly, increasing the level of obeying societal facts and preserving the acquisition of attainments from past ages may sometimes be a struggle to protect the international justice in terms of individuals. Because justice is public and everyone has the right of defending themselves against resentless and cruel movements. Due to this fact, there has been a mass exodus to democracy and it has become the worldview of people. The democracy has replaced old views, shapes of governing and historical doctrines with modern concepts like equality, freedom, human rights. Within this context, there exists every nation’s definition of democracy according to their own lights. To illustrate, what the USA inferred from democracy, in other words, The USA’s definition of democracy was spreading it to all countries, communities, in particular, Middle or Far East Muslim or some African communities. On the other hand, Soviet Russia claimed its territorial integrity that lasted from after the first quarter (1920s) to end of (1990s) 20th century by democracy. It is evident that every state and  sovereign community has their own implementation of democacy. This huge exodus toward democracy did not burgeon suddenly but instead developed by strenghts of radical movements and processes governed sometimes by dictators. This capital point means that the existence and implementation of justice depend on the individuals or governments therefore it has different and changeable meanings. That is actually what we are experiencing at the present time. On the other hand, the concept of “justice” varies from region to region. Within this context, K. Huber claims the geographical considerations have important effects in the shaping of people. So we can comprehend the aproximation of Eastern communities toward Western-derived democracy very well, under the light of truth. In fact, the concept of nation is an expression between individuals and state and it is derived from essential nature of people. Correspondingly, the relation between individuals and justice, democracy, equality is an inseparable unity. It is evident that justice may not be existed where people live but there exists people where justice is always available. At this point, the individualistic reaction against governing movements are sometimes social and political rather than removing the state. Because when the institutions which are responsible for establishing of justice are individualised and lost their importance, in particular, values the chaoses and catastrophes appear and the negotiaions between state and individuals are paralysed. The humanity is experiencing such cases day by day. Especially such incidents become widespread among Eastern communities. This is actually one of the biggest problems that should be examinated and solved by national thinkers and scholars.

The Importance of Democratical Equality 

The equality in democratical governance is valid for every citizen, in fact. Its framework is prederminated and certain. According to A. Fuat Başgil, a Turhish law professor, law in democracy is not either a will or request of someone, caterie or class. Instead they are communal and equal rules and rights in a shape of mutual mind and a constituent of free vote of public. The scale of all civilised and political rights is these rules. As it is mentioned in the previous lines, the social and political wealth in communities depends on the implementation of laws. Social, political, juridical equality construct the area in which a brotherhood between different colors, religions, cultures, langauges is emerged and sustained. When the community is based on mutual princibals, in fact, all individuals come together to establish a remarkable future for next generations. The superiority of law is here ignored by individual and political doctrines, thus different management issues are experienced and the ones who are affected the most negatively are certainly public. The fundamental problem is not the existence of equality instead the implementation of it. Because the realities of life and communities encounter obstacles in the way of development thereby the humanity has approached the catastrophes like civil wars, disorders, management problems and general hunger, diseases arising from them.

On the other hand, the state is responsible for not only juridical equality but also social equality. The state has to guard and protect the communal welfare and development of individuals without condemning their values. The doctrines of law and justice should include the realities of community to establish a social and political unity. Actually, that is the maim factor which man-made ideologies, doctrines, thoughts do not take into account after a while while establishing the authority of law. Correspondingly, E. Kant states that the real liberty can be mentioned only in an ethical system because if there is not an ethical system and nobody can talk about values, cultures, ideas then the individual become a creature devoid of will under the interion and exterior effects. The main factor that democracy is based on should be a communal equality, liberty which is honored directly to the appreciation of individuals. The liberty in democracy is always connected with moral existence of community and gas equal rights on every person. Let it be admitted that there exists huge contradictions even in modern doctrines. This can be seen in politics, daily life or traditions so the major factor is its usefulness in terms of individuals. Because the usefulness of some modern doctrines are incapable when they are intented to solve even minor problems in some necessary conditions. The community has been experiencing this point since the advocates of liberty, it may be sometimes far-right groups or their opposites in Western communities, has lost counciousness and basic lines of movements. In contrast to the modern sayings, traditional factors have a lot of major effects on existing viewpoints about community formation. One of the main princibals that culture is based on is obeying the governance regardless of its scene. Most of the time, the lawmakers ignored the social formation, factors, cultural negotiations, appealing structures while establishing the political structures of state and that position caused a huge gap between individuals and laws. From the perspective of international equality, this case is actually the main criticism which is directed to advocates of human rights because it is evident that there exists an observable challenges among communities, in particular Eastern communities, and democratical concepts which are derived from Western thought and these are kept separate from daily life. Unfortunately the humanity is feeling the phases of political injustice around the world and it is getting worse day by day. The human dignity is in the death agony. Because it is evident that the sovereign communities do not recognize even the conventions which they established to protect international peace and obey the laws they asserted to intend the social equalty, liberty. In such cases the universality of modern doctrines and ideologies become disputatious and establishing the cohesive bases of communities, like cultural, political, sociological, are naturally neglected during the process of governing the multi-ethnic states.
